Our aim is that a move to our Home will enable you to continue your day to day life in the same way you do at present, maintaining links with social pastimes and friends. In addition we hope you will enjoy the new opportunities available.
A pre-admission assessment will be carried out by our senior care team at your home or at St Bernards in Solihull. We suggest that a visit prior to admission for coffee or lunch can ease the transition and any apprehension that is natural to experience with any change. In some cases we recommend a period of day care may be beneficial as an introduction to St Bernards.
We offer an additional service for escorted visits to hospital appointments, opticians or even a family wedding. With prior arrangement we welcome friends and family to join our residents for lunch and can also cater for special occasions such as birthdays.
My aunt has settled in very well and I feel as thought a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders knowing that she is safe and well looked after. The thing that impresses me most is the number of staff that are always on duty and genuinely seem to care and enjoy their job.
