At St Bernards Residential Care Home we are committed to improving the care we provide through listening and learning.  Our aim is always to provide the best care and support we can. However, we believe that anyone who has or is receiving our care has the right to raise a complaint if they feel we have not got it quite right. Raising issues helps us to improve and shape our home.
