St Bernards is a well respected family run Care Home in Olton, operating since 1982. Our Home is a Home for all and is a welcoming and exciting place to live and work in.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Carer/Team Leader onto our well established Management team. Ideally the candidate should be qualified to Health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years experience. You will be expected to coordinate a busy shift supervising a dedicated team of care assistants. All senior staff are trained to administer medication, review care plans and lead care reviews.

We are proud to support our staff to develop their carers to the best of their ability.
